Hewlett-Packard | HP
Hewlett-Packard (later changed to brand name of HP, and then changed again to brand name of Agilent) sold off its Netsync products line to Symmetricom in 201x and since then exited Netsync industry for good. Nevertheless, we still see such old/obsolete products in operation somewhere in the world while there are spare parts or refurbished units sold in the used equipment market.
